Two Birds Studio is a new brand but not a new photography duo!
We’ve been mates nearly a decade and photographers even longer. We have worked in a busy Leeds based studio together and we work together now teaching the next generation of photographers! Just can’t get enough!
Two Birds has been in the making for years and 2023 was the year we decided to finally go for it and we are so excited for our new adventure. It started as concept to be an alternative wedding photography duo, but now it's in full flow and we just wish we'd done it sooner!
We’ve shot a lot of stuff from portraits & events to still life & products for TV commercials and billboard ads; we’ve both won awards for our photography during our time at a commercial studio and for our own personal practice. We’ve shot a lot of weddings over the years both together and separately, usually through word of mouth or for mates of mates, until we decided to properly go for it together and boom! Two Birds Studio was born.
Over the years and until now, we have mostly shot the more “traditional weddings” but we decided to bite the bullet and create a business together and spent a lot of time chatting about our vision and hopes for Two Birds Studio. Whilst those weddings are beautiful, we fancied mixing it up! Our vision was to work with alternative, creative couples who are spicing up their wedding day, saying f*ck it to tradition to hell with the norm.
What is the Two Birds Style?
We both couldn’t be further away from the white wedding style if we tried 😂 so as Two Birds our aim is to work with people and shoot weddings that match our personal style and energy . . . 'cause we think that is when magic really happens and the vibe is just wicked! We are here for anything alternative, quirky, crazy colourful, bit weird and super creative!

A ‘big up’ to our 2024 couples!
We have some really excitingly funky colourful weddings happening and we just can’t wait. We are always so grateful to every single couple that books us to be a part of their day, but to get bookings from your kinda peeps is just something else 🙏🏻
We are buzzin' to be photographing at some beautiful Yorkshire wedding venues and we can’t wait to share those images with you. We have; farm weddings, barn weddings, tipi weddings, a rave wedding, festival weddings, civic hall weddings and some really beautiful low key intimate ceremonies. . . chef's kiss!
Bare with us we are having a makeover....
So for now our content, website and images are kind of the traditional white wedding energy for now whilst we we are waiting for our 2024 weddings. Watch out for a funky new website coming soon!
